Donta Davis — Case No: 15 CR 201. Date of birth: 1980. Address: Oklahoma City, Okla. Charges: Count 1 – Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute more than 3.5 grams, but less than 100 grams, level 3 drug felony. Count 2 – Possession of marijuana in a quantity greater than 28 grams without affixing thereto a drug stamp, level 10 felony. Count 3 — Possession of marijuana, Class A misdemeanor. Count 4 — Possession of drug paraphernalia to facilitate distribution of cocaine, level 5 drug felony. Date of alleged crime: July 3, 2015. Case description: Davis is accused of distributing more than 3.5 grams, but less than 100 grams of cocaine when a baggy of cocaine containing about 63 grams was hidden in the air filter of his rental truck which he intended to share with his companions. Case description: Sacket is accused of backing up a pickup and yelling a racial epithet at a hispanic individual which led to an argument and blows being thrown.  Allegedly when another individual came up to ask him what his problem was, Sacket allegedly punched him in the face. Sacket is then accused of driving off at a high speed with a pedestrian hanging from the truck. The pedestrian allegedly fell from the vehicle breaking his ankle because of the excessive speed of the vehicle. Charges: Count 1 — Criminal Damage to Property, Level 9, felony. Date of alleged crime: June 26, 2015. Case description: Galvan Jr. is accused of intentionally vandalizing a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado pickup which was owned by the Sumner County Sheriff’s Office while it was parked at the Kansas Star Casino parking lot. The damage was estimated at $6,635. •••••State of Kansas v. Crystal Ann Hopper — Case No: 15 CR 209. Date of birth: 1989 Address: Oxford. Charges: Count 1 — Burglary of a dwelling, level 7 felony. Case description: Hopper is accused of entering her landlord’s dwelling without permission and stealing a checkbook and purse. Then, allegedly sometime in July, 2015 Hopper stole another checkbook out of a pickup at Elm Street in Oxford. Allegedly, Hopper and her boyfriend, Dustin Stalder, went to Wellington Wal-Mart and paid for merchandise and got $200.25 cash back from returned merchandise using the landlord’s identification to cash a check. Hopper and her boyfriend then allegedly went to Wal-Mart a second time and returned merchandise illegally purchased before and got a refund of $196.07. Hopper and Stalder then allegedly used the second checkbook belonging to a male individual, for which Stalder paid for merchandise with a check forged from his account. Then on July 24, 2015, Hopper is accused of using heroin with Stalder in the parking lot of the jail before going inside for an interview and had a black box with needles, balloons and other drug paraphernalia inside their vehicle including a spoon which Stalder had allegedly used to ingest methamphetamine. Case description: Hargis is accused of cutting the metal hand railing on the courthouse stairway while in anger with a knife. Stalder is also accused of ingesting methamphetamine in his car in the parking lot of the Sumner County Jail and having a black box with spoon, balloons and baggies in his vehicle. Stadler then allegedly yelled threatening remark to an Oxford law enforcement officer stating “You had better hope there is a large bond for me.” •••••State of Kansas v. James Jacob Beltz — Case No: 15 CR 212. Date of birth: 1989 Address: Belle Plaine. Charges: Count 1 — Battery, Class B misdemeanor. Count 2 — Disorderly Conduct, Class C misdemeanor. Date of alleged crime: July 27, 2015. Case description: James Beltz is accused of attacking Justin Beltz during an argument and causing him to have a significant black eye. He also threatened Justin by using fighting words to arouse alarm or resentment in others. •••••State of Kansas v. Justin Beltz — Case No: 15 CR 213. Date of birth: 1989 Address: Belle Plaine. Charges: Count 1 — Disorderly Conduct, Class C misdemeanor. Count 2 — Battery, Class B misdemeanor. Date of alleged crime: July 27, 2015. Case description: Justin Beltz is accused of screaming at people about eating his food which awakened James Jacob Beltz who told him to shut up. Justin allegedly responded with profanity.
